Royalton Bavaro allows guests to pick their room number ahead of time for a fee. However, because we are booking as a group, we are able to reserve a block of 20 rooms close one to another. Guests do not need to do anything for this.

Most restaurants work on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend that you enter in smaller groups to facilitate seating.

We suggest that you enjoy the week as if it were your personal vacations! Book excursions, try restaurants and enjoy the beach along with a few drinks! In other words, have fun! We will have plenty of time to meet and hang out with us during the week, but do your thing!

Guests are invited to bring US Dollars (USD) Or Dominican Peso. The wedding couple will be bringing USD.

Flying with Sunwing came with perks and a few drawbacks. We get group seating for everyone in the party and we get private transfer included. However, there is no in-flight entertainment, so bring your iPad! Also, snacks and drinks are usually not included.

Sunwing allows each passenger of the group to 1 checked baggage. Each additional baggage is $50 CAD each way for guests with extra luggage (we recommend that you pack light though!) It also allows you to one personal item. WARNING: Typical carry-ons do not fit the "personal item" sizing. Carry-on allowance can be purchased for $25 CAD each way. Once RSVPs are sent out by Vivian and Danny, Sunwing's Account Manager will also reach out to you. With the details provided by the AM, you will find all the details to the flight. Currently, the Montreal outbound flight to Punta Cana is WG4628, scheduled on February 1st, 2025 @ 8:00 AM. Return flight on February 8th is WG4629 at 2:45 PM.

Yes (but hopefully NO). It is REQUIRED that all guests enter their names on Sunwing's portal with the names as written on their passport, whether the name on the passport is right or not. Name changes are subject to the follow fee schedule (A first or last name correction involving 3 or more characters) • 21 to 59 days prior to departure, $150 per name • 8 to 20 days prior to departure, $250 per name • 7 days or less to departure, full cancellation penalties apply

All guests are required to have a passport that has a minimum validity of 6 months before being allowed entrance to the D.R. If your passport expires August 5th, 2025 or before, YOU NEED TO RENEW YOUR PASSPORT.

No. A VISA is not required to enter the D.R. You are required to fill an e-ticket for entering and leaving the D.R. It can be found here: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ There is a Local Departure Tax. It can be paid at the airport before departure. Current cost is $20.00 USD. Tourist Cards are included with the purchase of a flight on Sunwing Airlines. Infants without a paid seat are required to purchase the Tourist Card before departure at a cost of $14.00 CAD.

We recommend that our guests be up to date in their vaccines and/or booster shots. Whenever we travel, we use Dukoral. It can be purchased at most pharmacies and is usually reimbursed by most private health insurance.

Punta Cana in February is mostly sunny with minimal chances of rain. Temperatures range from 21 degrees to 30 degrees at all times.

As shown on the wedding invitations, we request that guests reply by June 30th. Should you not be able to RSVP by then, please contact Vivian or Danny!

After you RSVP, we will use the e-mail that you have provided and will share it with Sunwing. The Account Manager will contact you for the deposit, as well as other travel details (room occupancy, special needs or requirements, etc.) Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Guests are required to put down their deposit by August 1st. No extensions will be allowed by Sunwing. The deposit is $150 CAD per person.

We suggest that guests either make a one-time payment OR make monthly payments to ensure that full payment is made by October 31st. If full payment is not made by then, we will be in contact with you to ensure that your booking does not get canceled.

• Up to and including 45 days prior to departure the deposit is non-refundable. • 21 to 44 days prior to departure 50% of total price is non-refundable. • 20 days until after departure 100% of total price is non-refundable. • Occupants cancelling from a room will be subject to cancellation fees. Contract pricing will apply for remaining occupants based on the new room occupancy.

We highly recommend that all guests have travel insurance PRIOR to travelling. Most "premium" credit cards come with travel insurance. Please review terms and conditions.
